I operate at the intersection of science and mysticism, extracting actionable knowledge from both to provide insight and guidance for your personal transformation and growth. Sometimes we all need a change in perspective, and an interruption in the status quo- in order to seek meaning and purpose, to clear stagnant energies in your life, energy centers or Chakra system- in order to facilitate and empower you towards seeking personal transformation and spiritual growth.

Through my own journey of self discovery -brought on by a series of significant losses, major endings, and a health crisis- I found myself completely alone in isolation and underwent a “dark knight of the soul”. I was searching for the meaning of why it all happened the way it did and why, and at the same time I was trying to figure out how to get back from the underworld and find the energy to fight my demons so I could rise to the occasion of my own life. I knew I needed change, so I dove in face first and used tarot, shadow work, metaphysical practices, energy healing, and natural & holistic healing modalities to aid in my transformation journey. I’m now ready to share this knowledge with you.

I had previously studied psychology in college, and now found reason to recall the teachings of Swiss psychologist/psychiatrist/psychotherapist, Carl Jung’s theory on the “shadow self”- the emotions and parts of ourselves that we hide or refuse to acknowledge because the shadows are seen as “bad” or “wrong”, or “unacceptable”, such as fear, anger, envy, judgement, guilt, shame, etc. He explained that we also hide positive qualities and talents in our shadow such as creativity, desire, intuition, vulnerability, and power.

Through the practice called SHADOW WORK, we uncover how and why hiding these aspects of ourselves create repeating patterns in our lives by noticing that we often experience similar conflicts in different social situations, whether at home, work, school, church, and in our communities. Why does it happen and why do things seem to end up the same way?

There are MANY different routes to the same destination, I want to help you find what works best for you. We all want happiness and love in our lives, which we all deserve.
